Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews architectural submittals in accordance with the condominium bylaws and monitors construction for ongoing compliance.

Architectural requests should be submitted in accordance with the condominium bylaws and include all applicable plans, specifications, and timelines.

Rental Committee

The Rental Committee monitors intent to rent submittals from homeowners and makes suggestions for streamlining the process and required forms. The Committee also helps ensure homeowners understand the bylaw requirements for renting out a home in The Reserve.

Please submit rental intent requests in accordance with the community bylaws and include any required forms and supporting documentation to support a timely review.

Roads Committee

The Roads Committee oversees maintenance and repair of all roads in The Reserve. Responsibilities include annual solicitation of bids for snow removal and road repairs, monitoring the snow removal process as needed, overseeing annual road repairs, and updating the 10-year maintenance plan each year. The Committee also recommends the annual budget for these activities.

Kitz Cabin Committee

The Kitz Cabin Committee periodically reviews wear and tear to support maintenance scheduling for the cabin, including building and landscape needs. Responsibilities include monitoring camera and alarm systems, restocking kitchen and cleaning supplies, overseeing repairs, updating the 10-year maintenance plan annually, and recommending the annual budget.
